What are your business hours?

We are based out of Lousiana USA and operate on Central Standard Time. We generally try to be as responsive as possible, but we do have to maintain a lifestyle as well as full time jobs. For this reason, we do not set business hours and will try to answer everything and respond to everything as soon as reasonably possible.
How fast do I get the widgets?

With the new feature of transfering widgets via link, you can expect the link into your email within 12 hours of purchase (Monday - Friday). If you purchase on the weekends, you can expect the email on the next business day we are open. Please monitor your email, and spam folder for your link, as they are only valid for 24 hours. Be sure to add admin@cre8mysite.com to your contacts to avoid your links from going into your spam folder
Are there any refunds?

We do not offer any refunds for any reasons. If there is a bug with the widget, we will work to resolve that bug and make things right. We do ask that you are patient with us with this though.
Do I own the widget?

You do not. Cre8 My Site is the owner of the intelectual property and the code of the widget. You are not allowed to sell, give away, donate, recreate, change or alter,
Can I request a custom widget?

Yes you can. If you visit our Contact Us page you can request a custom widget. All custom widget are custom quoted based on complexity. If we feel the widget will be in demand we may offer it for a more affordable price based on resell capability.
How do I pay?

Once you have filled in the Order Form, you will recieve an invoice to the email address provided on the form for the total cost of the widget(s) you have requested. Cre8 My Site does not accept or store any payment information and all payments are processed via a 3rd party payment gateway (Stripe, or Paypal).
