1. The License of Cre8 Widgets. When you sign up for any widgets from Cre8 My Site, you acquire the right to use that item on your website, and your clients websites. You are NOT acquiring the item itself. What you get includes a license directly from Cre8 My Site to use that item, and Cre8 My Site is the owner of the Intellectual Property and the code of that item. The item is for use only, it is not to be on sold, lent, rented, given away, gifted, copied, duplicated or altered in any way. It is for use on your Duda sites that are in the Duda dashboard we install the item in.
2. Installation of Widgets.
We try to be as responsive as possible and we will manually install the widgets on your account within 48-72 hours after payment.
3. Your Duda Account MUST HAVE ACCESS TO THE WIDGET BUILDER IN ORDER FOR US TO BUILD THIS WIDGET.
