Widget Terms & Conditions

Before buying a widget, you must read and agree to our terms and condition first.

1. The License of Cre8 Widgets: When you sign up for any widgets from Cre8 My Site, you acquire the right to use that item on your website, and your clients' websites. You are NOT acquiring the item itself or the code. What you get includes a license directly from Cre8 My Site to use that item, and Cre8 My Site is the owner of the Intellectual Property and the code of that item. The item is for use only, it is not to be on sold, lent, rented, given away, gifted, copied, duplicated or altered in any way. It is for use on your Duda sites that are in the Duda dashboard we install the item in.
2. Installation of Widgets: We try to be as responsive as possible, and we will manually install the widgets on your account within 48-72 hours after payment and credentials are given or created. A master or staff account login must be provided, with most updated credentials that has access to the widget builder.
3. Your Duda Account: You must have access to the widget builder in your Duda account in order for us to process any widget installs. If you purchase a widget, and do not have access to the widget builder there will be no refunds issued.
4. Revisions: We will only provide revisions of a widget to correct errors that were not created by a user. These revisions include fixing bugs only. Additional features are not included and may require additional payment.
5. Bugs: If you discover a bug, please email us promptly so we can access the widget and correct the issue. If we discover that you have altered or changed the widget in any way, there will be a fee required for troubleshooting and repairing the bug or the error. (Cre8 My Site keeps revision versions of the widgets that are installed, and we can tell if the code or widget has been altered in any way).
6. No Return and No Refund policy: There are no refunds, and no returns. We have this policy, because we publish a widget within your dashboard, there is no way for us to remove the widget.
